DECO ART CO. is a new U.S. wholesale and retail company that has been formed to specialize in the sale of party supplies and promotional gifts, decoration balloons and related party products and services to local area customers.

The party supply products industry is a growing $5.9 billion-dollar industry and is a business sector that encompasses a wide variety of different companies, facilities, products and services, covering everything between the basic sales of banners for children’s birthday parties to everything you need for a huge wedding or Bar Mitzvah with hundreds of attendees.

Looking to meet the ongoing U.S. market needs for party supply and promotional products, the overseas Chinese company, Yiwu Shanliang Emulsion Product Co. Ltd. has taken the necessary steps to establish a U.S. subsidiary – DECO ART CO.

DECO ART CO., hereafter referred to as DECO ART for the purposes of this business plan, was organized in the State of California on June 25th of 2019.

DECO ART CO. has been set up as an importer and wholesaler that has a retail and wholesale store in the LA market, of mainly LED lights, LED SIGNs, SMART SIGNs, marketing and party LEDs and other electric items, as well as some other product categories including party supply promotional gifts, decoration balloons and related party products and services to local area customers. The ultimate goal for DECO ART is that as it establishes itself and its wholesale and retail operations in the U.S., it will not only be able to incorporate additional revenue sources such as onsite party and decorations training classes for its customers; it will also be able to develop its own decoration department to provide support services to clients outside the facilities that need its expertise.
